It's been quite a week for our little Chippy. Each day, she becomes more and more aware of her surroundings... staring at household objects for minutes, following objects with her eyes, and (just yesterday) smiling and cooing at her mum + pop. She also is a pro at holding her head up... so, yesterday we gave the
Bumbo chair a try and she loved it! Well, not sure if she loved it, but she didn't hate the thing.
She also met tons of faux Aunts, Uncles and cousins this weekend at UsFest. We can't wait until next year when she'll be able to run around (or crawl) with all the kids!
Yesterday, Edie had her one month check up. She is officially 8lb 10 oz and 21 inches long (up from 7 lb and 19.5 inches long just three weeks ago). I guess all those marathon feedings have really paid off.
I love to look at your pictures of Edie, it's the only time I see her with her eyes open.
